For active clients on support, we typically reply within one business hour. Urgent incidents (site down, payment failures, security issues) are triaged first.
Yes. We’ll contain the issue, assess the entry point, clean the site where feasible, rotate credentials, and recommend hardening steps (2FA, least-privilege access, patching, WAF, backups).
On our maintenance plans, we maintain scheduled backups and can restore to a known-good point in time. If you’re not on a plan, we can still help — we’ll first confirm what backups exist and what’s recoverable.
We’ll usually start by checking SPF/DKIM/DMARC, verifying your sending domain reputation, and reviewing list hygiene. Avoid sudden volume spikes, and keep authentication records up to date.
