What information should I include when requesting help?

Include the page URL, a short description of what you expected vs what happened, screenshots or a short recording, and (if relevant) the browser/device you used. This helps us reproduce and fix the issue faster.

How fast do you respond to support requests?

For active clients on support, we typically reply within one business hour. Urgent incidents (site down, payment failures, security issues) are triaged first.

Can you help if my website was hacked?

Yes. We’ll contain the issue, assess the entry point, clean the site where feasible, rotate credentials, and recommend hardening steps (2FA, least-privilege access, patching, WAF, backups).

Do you provide backups and restores?

On our maintenance plans, we maintain scheduled backups and can restore to a known-good point in time. If you’re not on a plan, we can still help — we’ll first confirm what backups exist and what’s recoverable.

How do I improve email deliverability?

We’ll usually start by checking SPF/DKIM/DMARC, verifying your sending domain reputation, and reviewing list hygiene. Avoid sudden volume spikes, and keep authentication records up to date.
